Hon. S. Mohammed Massaley serves as the Deputy Minister for Technical Services at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Liberia.

In this role, he provides leadership and technical guidance on matters relating to telecommunications infrastructure, postal technology, and ICT systems within the Ministry.

He works closely with engineers, technical departments, and sector stakeholders to support the development, modernization, and maintenance of critical communication networks.

Hon. Massaley plays a central role in advancing innovation, enhancing technical capacity, and ensuring that the Ministry’s programs are implemented using appropriate standards and best practices to support Liberia’s digital and postal transformation.
