Hon. Sekou M. Kromah serves as the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications and General Postmaster of the Republic of Liberia. Appointed by President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., he leads the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications with a strong focus on modernizing the postal sector, advancing telecommunications policy, and expanding digital connectivity nationwide. Under his leadership, the Ministry is prioritizing broadband expansion, rural connectivity, digital inclusion, and the digital transformation of public services.

Hon. Kromah has been instrumental in spearheading key national initiatives that support Liberia’s digital development. His work includes the establishment of community Wi-Fi networks, promotion of youth digital skills and innovation programs, and strengthening of cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. He actively represents Liberia in regional and international ICT forums and works closely with development partners and the private sector to expand access to affordable communication services.

He is widely recognized for his commitment to inclusive, people-centered development, ensuring that technology and communication services reach all Liberians, including those in rural and underserved communities.
