Hon. Augustine S. Karpeh serves as the Deputy Minister for Administration at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Liberia.

In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Ministry’s administrative, financial, and human resource functions. He supports the overall policy direction of the Ministry and works closely with the Minister and senior management team to ensure effective implementation of programs and operational activities.

Hon. Karpeh plays a key role in strengthening institutional systems, improving service delivery, and enhancing coordination across departments to advance the Ministry’s mandate in the postal and telecommunications sectors.
