Atty. Nicholas N. Johnson serves as the Assistant Minister for Telecommunications at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Liberia. In this role, he supports the formulation and implementation of national telecommunications policies, regulations, and programs aimed at strengthening Liberia’s communications sector.

He works closely with regulatory bodies, service providers, and development partners to promote fair competition, improve service quality, and expand access to affordable telecommunications services nationwide. Atty. Johnson also provides legal and policy guidance on sector reforms and emerging technologies, contributing to the Ministry’s broader agenda of digital transformation and national connectivity.
