Hon. Moses Wright serves as the Assistant Minister for Planning, Research, Statistics and Documentation at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Liberia. In this capacity, he leads the Ministry’s efforts in strategic planning, policy research, data collection, and performance monitoring.

He oversees the development of sector reports, statistical analyses, and documentation that inform decision-making and support evidence-based policy formulation.

Hon. Wright works closely with departments and external stakeholders to track progress on key programs, strengthen institutional data systems, and ensure that planning and research activities align with the Ministry’s overall goals of improving postal and telecommunications services nationwide.
